It was Patty's first visit to Vancouver, British Columbia, where we spent our 20th wedding Anniversary. We stayed at a lovely bed and breakfast near City Centre, O Canada House. We ate very well, which included an extraordinary anniversary dinner at Diva at the Met. We stimulated the local economy by shopping City Centre and visiting Granville Island, where there is a great public market and many lovely local artisans.

The architecture in Vancouver was very interesting. We were particularly intrigued by the very large tree growing on the top story of a very tall building.

As luck would have it we found our Hi8 camcorder had given up the ghost, so we invested in a DV camcorder.
