If you visit Edinburgh in August, you'll find plenty to see and do. This was our fourth visit to Edinburgh, and the third time we enjoyed the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. The best of the performances we saw were the Reduced Shakespeare Company comedy presentation of "All the Great Books (abridged)" and a cappella group Naked Voices.

We had the extra bonus of having friends like Jacqui McKinlay and April McKinley to visit, who treated us to the last performance of the Edinburgh Military Tattoo of the season.

We stayed at a lovely B&B and will stay there on our next visit to Edinburgh. We highly recommend Garlands Guest House.
