Off the Grid

In the 90's the favored fiberly craft was quilting. Go to a bookstore and the quliting books far outnumbered any other craft. Knitting slowly came back into favor over the next decade and continues strong. It hasn't taken over but crochet has recently seen a new life and the designs are so much more than granny squares and doilies. So Patty decided to try crocheting more than a border on a knitted sweater. As intriguing as some lace designes were, it seem prudent to start with something more simple, and Off the Grid, a free pattern from Knitting Daily seemed to be the right pattern. Crystal Palace Romance yarn, a 50/50 blend of wool and rayon.
