Minmore House

Minmore House was commended as the best hotel in its class by the Scottish Tourist Board. We quite agree.

The left fork in the road takes you to The Glenlivet distillery. The right fork is the driveway to Minmore House.

On our first day, we arrived just in time for tea —cucumber sandwiches, cakes, and scones. Yum!

In Memoriam

Minmore House earned is reputation and its highly commended award because of Belinda Luxmoore. It was because of her hospitality (and great food) that we planned our return visit for two years. On August 22, 1997, Belinda passed away after being ill for several months. We extend our sympathy to her family.

When we left Minmore House, it was still for sale. We hope that Minmore will be continue to be the friendly, comfortable, charming place that we experienced.
