Weddings

The Calligraphy class Patty took in college was put to use for Tom and Patty's wedding invitation.

Not much for pomp and circumstance (and spending hundreds on a dress), Patty made her dress,
and veil, as well as the dresses for her bridesmades, (left to right) Heidi, Patty, and Evelyn.
No, she didn't make the tuxedos.

The cake was poppyseed with a raspberry filling, covered with very rich (and melting by the time of the picture) buttercream frosting and fresh yellow and white roses.

When a friend said he was getting married, Patty wanted to give him a unique gift, so she offered to make their wedding cake. It was a white cake with lemon filling. Buttercream, Peruvian Lilies and Delphiniums topped the cake.
