Made by Patty

2001 was a productive knitting year. Here's what managed to get photographed.

From an Interweave Knits magazine pattern, this bag was a fast enough knit that Patty gave one each to friends in March and July.
In August, when Evelyn was visiting she bought some lovely hand-painted silk fabric. Patty's goal was to knit a sweater to go with the skirt that would ultimately be made from that silk. This is a first attempt at dying a sweater. The color wasn't what was expected but turned out well.
Instead of making three bracelets from the Spiral Bracelet kit from Patternworks, Patty made a bracelet and choker for Evelyn.
This "Meadowflowers Shawl" from Knitter's Stash : Favorite Patterns from America's Yarn Shops started as a Christmas present for Patti, but got usurped by the last minute sweater for Patty's Mom. Fortunately Patti's birthday is in January.
